At Slide Stars Party Rentals, we want every event to be a success. Please review our return and refund policies below so you know exactly what to expect.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here is how our cancellation policy works:

  • 48+ hours before your event: Free cancellation with a full refund.
  • Within 48 hours of your event: 50% refund issued to your original payment method.
  • No-shows: If you do not show up or fail to accept delivery without prior notice, the rental fee is non-refundable.

Rental Refunds

We stand behind our service and want you to have a great experience:

  • Equipment issues: If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an equipment malfunction or availability issue, you will receive a full refund.
  • Weather emergencies: In the event of a weather emergency that prevents safe setup, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • Day-of cancellation by customer: If you cancel on the day of your event, we will issue store credit for the full amount that can be applied to a future booking.

Purchase Returns

For items purchased outright (not rented), the following return policy applies:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
  • Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Items that have been used, inflated, or assembled are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

If you receive equipment that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the equipment.
  • Provide photos of the damage along with your order number.
  • We will either replace the equipment at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out to us using one of the methods below:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your refund request. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Weather Policy

Bad weather happens, and we understand it is outside of your control. Here is how we handle it:

  • If inclement weather (thunderstorms, high winds, etc.) makes it unsafe to set up or use inflatable equipment, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra charge.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
  • Weather decisions are made in the interest of guest safety and are at the discretion of our team.
