We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. However, same-day rentals are available depending on inventory and your location.
Yes! Simply select your preferred event date during the checkout process. You can book weeks or even months in advance to secure the equipment you need for your special day.

Delivery & Setup
Yes! All of our prices include free delivery and professional installation. There are no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Our professional team handles everything. We deliver the equipment to your location, set it up, ensure everything is working properly, and return after your event to pick it up. You don't have to lift a finger!
We deliver to all 50 US states! We have depots and partners nationwide to ensure fast, reliable delivery no matter where you are located.
Most orders arrive the next day. In many areas, same-day delivery is available. You'll receive a confirmation with your estimated delivery window after placing your order.
Yes, an adult (18 years or older) must be present during delivery and setup. Our team will walk you through the safety guidelines and proper use of the equipment.

Most of our bounce houses are suitable for children ages 3 to 15. We also carry larger commercial-grade units designed for adults and older teens. Check each product listing for specific age and weight recommendations.
No worries! Just contact us and we'll happily reschedule your rental to another date at no extra charge. We understand the weather is unpredictable and we're flexible with rescheduling.
Returns & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. See our Return Policy for full details.
